Your hiring journey, step-by-step

Apply

Find a role that fits your skills and interests on our browse jobs page and submit your application. You'll 
receive an email confirmation right away.

Screening

If your background is a match, a recruiter will reach out to schedule a 20 to 30 minute phone or video call.

Assessments

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a skills assessment or technical screen on a case-by-case basis.

Interviews

Most roles involve 2-3 interviews. Interviews are conducted via video call or in person at our Chennai or Bengaluru office.

Rocket India roles are based in Chennai and Bengaluru. We offer relocation assistance for candidates moving from other cities in India. We do not currently sponsor international visas for India-based roles.
