If it’s a fit, you’ll get a call with your offer. On this call, you’ll get compensation and role details and confirm your start date.

Step 3: Due diligence

Next, you’ll move to our background check process, Stamp of Approval, where you have a specialist to guide you through.

Step 4: Prepare to board

Once background checks are clear, you will complete your onboarding and start preparing for orientation and your first day.

The number of steps and interviews may vary by role. Once you have submitted your application, your next step is almost always a phone interview with one of our amazing Rocket Recruiters. After your phone interview, you could receive an invitation to interview with a leader. These interviews can be either in-person or virtual.

Email is the best way to reach your recruiter. Don’t be afraid to message your Rocket Recruiter if you have something urgent to discuss.

Our Rocket Recruiters advise candidates to only apply for one to two positions that are the strongest match. Once you speak directly with a Rocket Recruiter, they will be able to get a clearer picture of where you will match best, or they may know of another position that they feel you would be a better match for.

Hybrid positions vary by business area, but our hybrid model allows you to work both in the office and at home during the work week. Our team will give you the tools and resources you need to perform your core role responsibilities from home and in office.
