Start by answering a few quick questions. A real estate license is required to work with us — and if you don’t have one yet, we’ll point you in the right direction.
Interview
(3-5 business days)
If there’s an opening in your area, we’ll invite you to send us a short one-way video ‘interview’. We’ll ask about your client service experience and what draws you to real estate.
Onboarding
(1-2 weeks)
We’ll set you up for success with an introduction to Redfin, guided home tours, and the tools you need to get started with confidence.
