As the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, and agents, you will manage each residential settlement from start to finish, ensuring all contract contingencies are met and workflows are completed by the team.

Deliver exceptional customer service, explaining title insurance and the settlement process and guiding clients and agents through every step of the closing.

You’ll be responsible for preparing and reviewing closing documents, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring all financial aspects of each settlement are accurate and balanced. 

You’ll build strong relationships with lending partners and maintain precise, organized records throughout the closing process.
